I've watched it 10-12 times! It's very very relaxing to watch and listen to... with just the sounds of ocean waves lapping on the beach without any music. It sure works for me. Just as relaxing as you'd think it would be. I bought this for my mom, who loves just sitting and staring at the waves when we go to the beach, and she enjoyed it very much. The scenery is gorgeous, and switches to show four different beaches.
